Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when you order a print from this website.
Updated 15 October 2026
1. Who we are
Curve & Climb is a shop of SB Digital, Gripvelden 14, 4707 ZD Roosendaal, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 90232119, VAT identification number NL004335975B77. Email: hello@curveandclimb.eu. In these terms “we” means SB Digital and “you” means the customer.
2. When these terms apply
These terms apply to every offer on this website and to every order placed here. You can read, save and print them before you order; they are linked from your bag. Where these terms conflict with mandatory consumer law, the law applies.
3. Prints and prices
- We sell posters of motor-racing circuits, cycling climbs and mountain passes in the sizes and finishes shown on each product page: unframed, or in a slim classic frame in black or natural with acrylic glazing and no mount. Every print is made to order for you by our print partner on Enhanced Matte Art paper (200 gsm).
- Prices are in euros and are final prices. We use the Dutch small business scheme (KOR, article 25 of the Dutch VAT Act), so no VAT is charged. Shipping costs are shown in your bag before you pay.
- Colours on a screen can differ slightly from a print on paper. Room scenes on the product pages are illustrations. Obvious mistakes in the offer, such as a clearly wrong price, do not bind us.
4. Your order
The contract is made when you have completed payment. We confirm your order by email with a personal link to follow it. For two hours after the order (for a personalised print: after you approve the proof) you can change the delivery address or cancel through that link at no cost. After that your print goes into production.
5. Personalised prints
For a personalised print you enter your own details. After payment we email you the exact print file to approve. We start production only after your approval, and you can ask for changes until then. You are responsible for the details you enter; please do not enter text that infringes the rights of others.
6. Payment
You pay through our payment provider Stripe, for example with iDEAL, a card or another method shown at checkout. We never see your full card or bank details.
7. Delivery
- We deliver to addresses in the European Union. Delivery in the Netherlands usually takes 5–10 working days after your order (for a personalised print: after your approval); elsewhere in the EU it can take a few days longer.
- If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we tell you, and you may cancel the order and get your money back.
- The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the print is delivered at your address.
8. Right of withdrawal
For standard prints you have 14 days after delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Personalised prints are made to your specifications and are excluded from the right of withdrawal (article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code). How it works, and the model withdrawal form, are on our shipping & returns page.
9. Quality and complaints
Every print must be as described and fit for display. This is your statutory right (conformity), and these terms do not limit it. If something is wrong, tell us as soon as possible, with photos, by email to hello@curveandclimb.eu. A report within two months of discovering a defect is always on time. We reply within 14 days and, depending on the problem, send a new print or refund you.
10. Designs and map data
The poster designs are made by Sidney van den Boogaard for Curve & Climb and remain our copyright. Route lines are drawn from OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors) and elevation from Copernicus EU-DEM. Buying a print gives you the print itself: you may hang it, give it away or sell it on, but not copy, scan or publish the design.
11. Privacy
We use your personal data only as described in our privacy policy.
12. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every order. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country. Please contact us first if you have a complaint; we will do our best to solve it together. If that does not work, the dispute can be brought before the competent court.
13. Changes
We may change these terms. The version on this page when you placed your order applies to that order.
