Shipping & returns

Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what to do if you change your mind or something is wrong.

Updated 15 October 2026

Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses in the 27 countries of the European Union. Shipping is €4.95 for unframed prints and €9.95 when your order includes a frame to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg, and €7.95 or €14.95 to the rest of the EU. Your bag shows the exact amount before you pay.
  • Every print is made to order by our print partner. Delivery in the Netherlands usually takes 5–10 working days after your order; elsewhere in the EU it can take a few days longer. Personalised prints go into production only after you approve the proof, so count from that moment.
  • You get an email with the tracking link when your order ships.
  • If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we tell you, and you may cancel and get your money back.

Changing or cancelling an order

For two hours after your order (for a personalised print: after you approve the proof) you can still change the delivery address or cancel free of charge with the link in your confirmation email. After that your print goes into production.

Standard prints: 14 days to change your mind

For prints from our catalogue you have the statutory right of withdrawal: you may cancel the purchase within 14 days after you receive the print, without giving a reason.

  • Tell us within those 14 days by email to hello@curveandclimb.eu. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
  • Send the print back within 14 days after telling us, undamaged and well packed, to SB Digital, Gripvelden 14, 4707 ZD Roosendaal, Netherlands. You pay the cost of returning it.
  • We refund the price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days after you told us, using the payment method you used. We may wait until we have received the print back or you have shown that you sent it.
  • Please handle the print as you would in a shop. If it is damaged because you handled it more than needed to inspect it, we may deduct the loss in value.

Personalised prints: no right of withdrawal

A personalised print (for example the Zandvoort track day edition with your name, date and lap time) is made to your specifications. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to it (article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code). You see and approve the exact print file before anything is printed, and you can request changes until then.

Damaged, faulty or wrong?

If your print arrives damaged, with a printing fault, or is not what you ordered, email hello@curveandclimb.eu with a few photos of the print and the packaging, ideally within 14 days of delivery. We send you a new print at no cost or, if you prefer, refund you in full. This applies to personalised prints too, and it does not limit your statutory rights: a report within two months of discovering a defect is always on time.
