The story
Texas does nothing by halves, and neither does this lap south-east of Austin: it opens with a steep climb to a wide first-corner hairpin, where the whole field fans out in search of a gap. Opened in 2012, the 5.513-kilometre circuit borrows ideas from great tracks around the world, above all in a rapid run of esses that rewards perfect rhythm. Twenty corners, anticlockwise, with a tall observation tower keeping watch. Hang it on your wall for a dose of Texas-sized drama every day.
