The route

Named corners

    The story

Neon, casino hotels and a cool desert night: since 2023, Las Vegas has sent its Grand Prix down the famous Strip. The 6.201-kilometre lap is all about speed, with long flat-out stretches where cars reach some of the season's highest speeds, broken up by tight, slow corners that demand heavy braking on cold tyres. Seventeen corners, anticlockwise, bathed in the glow of the city. The city had briefly hosted Grand Prix racing before, in the early 1980s. Hang it up and bring a little after-midnight sparkle home.
