The story
On Île Notre-Dame, an artificial island in the St. Lawrence created for the 1967 world's fair, Montréal's circuit runs between park paths and a long rowing basin. A classic stop-and-go lap: flat-out blasts, heavy braking into chicanes and a tight hairpin made for late lunges. Since the first race in 1978, drivers have respected the final chicane, where the Wall of Champions waits for anyone too greedy with the kerb. Hang it in your hallway for a daily taste of a sunny race weekend by the river.
